By using vsnap.saytrix.com (“VSnap”, “the service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
VSnap is a technical tool that retrieves media that is publicly accessible on third-party websites at your request and converts it into a downloadable file. We do not host, index or store a catalogue of media. Files are kept temporarily and deleted automatically after 60 minutes.
2. Your responsibilities
You may only download content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is licensed for download, or that you otherwise have the right to save. You are solely responsible for how you use the service and the files you download, including compliance with copyright law and the terms of the websites you download from. You must not use the service to infringe the rights of others.
3. Acceptable use
- No automated or bulk use (bots, scrapers, scripts) without our written permission.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, security measures or access restrictions.
- No use for content that is illegal, sexually explicit or involves minors.
4. No affiliation
VSnap is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, OK.ru, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Third-party websites change often, so some links may stop working at any time. We may change, limit or discontinue any part of the service and these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss resulting from your use of the service or of downloaded files.
