How do I download a video?
Copy the video’s link, paste it into the box at the top of any page, press Download, choose a quality and tap Save file when it’s ready.
Why does it say “Waiting in line”?
Files are prepared in a queue so everyone gets a fair share of our servers. Your position is shown and updates live; most jobs start within seconds.
How long do download links last?
Finished files are available for 60 minutes. After that they are deleted and you can simply convert the video again.
Why did my download fail?
The video may be private, deleted, region-locked, age-restricted or a live stream, or the site may be temporarily limiting requests. Try again in a few minutes or try another quality.
Which formats are available?
Video: MP4, WEBM and MKV up to 4K. Audio: MP3 (64–320 kbps), M4A, OPUS, OGG, WAV and FLAC. Plus thumbnails and subtitles when available.
Do you keep copies of my downloads?
No. Files are deleted automatically after 60 minutes.
Can I download from adult websites?
No. Adult websites and age-restricted content are not supported.
Is downloading videos legal?
It depends on the content and where you live. Only download what you own or have permission to save, and respect each platform’s terms.
